1. Mission Statement

In order to achieve this, the Company will continue to invest heavily in technical and managerial excellence, in training and continuous upgrading of skills and services.


2. Quality Management

The company seeks to enhance customer satisfaction by

identifying and complying with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements,
establishing and internally communicating customer requirements,
carefully selecting, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators,
measuring customer satisfaction and
continually improving the effectiveness of its quality management system by regularly reviewing its policies, objectives and procedures and revising them as approporiate.


3. Occupational Health and Safety Management

The health and safety of employees or any other people must not be put at unnecessary risk. Regular analysis of all health and safety relevant information, crew inspections and preventive upgrading and training measures for office and shipboard personnel are aimed at minimizing the possibility of accidents. The company's Drug and Alcohol Policy shall prevent drug and alcohol abuse.
Should accidents occur despite all these efforts, emergency preparedness and contingency planning shall ensure to minimize any loss of life, injuries or damage.


4. Environmental Management

The company shall assess the negative impacts of its operations to the environment and environmental considerations shall be an integral part of any planning process. Environmental emergency response procedures are to be designed and trained in order to effectively deal with any accidental pollution.


5. Security Management

Safeguarding the security of human life and property is another priority in the company's activities. We seek to minimize any security risks by closely following professional advice on risk mitigation.

All employees shall be actively involved in the implementation of above policies. The company's quality management system as described in the quality manual shall be the tool to achieve our objectives.
