managed vessel.
Flexibility enables Marlow Navigation
to provide reports which are carefully
designed to meet the specific needs
of the client. Compatibility with
their own financial reporting system,
taxation and registry requirements
are important considerations.
Annual operating budgets are drawn
up in close consultation between the
Management team and the ship-owner
clients.
Emphasis is placed upon tight financial
and cost control. Internal review
meetings are scheduled to analyse
performance and variances, recommending
and initiating corrective actions
as appropriate.
Marlow Navigation also undertakes
the registration of companies and
vessels, and the representation and
commercial operation of ship owning
